Essential Skills:
- Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures. Participate in the development and maintenance of the IAM workflows that manage the provisioning of entitlements to end users
- Identify, document, and develop process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration.
- Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.
- Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with SailPoint.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams
- Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
- Participate in internal and external audit activities by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.
- Attend meetings and serves as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested
- Experience in implementation, configuration and customization of Identity and Access Management system SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.
- Experience in Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Workflows and Role based access control.
- Experience with implementing custom rules, forms, workflows and configuring various type of access certifications in IIQ.
- Experience with web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, XML.
- Experience with large scale databases and related technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Bean shell/Java Script programming.
- Should have understanding on application server, code deployment processes etc.
- Functions well in large-scale, complex, cross-functional / platform environment
- Establish best practices for assigning applications to user groups and document the process
- Refine and improve Onboarding and Offboarding workflows and automation
- Lead initiative to identify application assignments based on department and role
