Aurora Electric is accepting resumes for 1st and 2nd year apprentices. Starting wage is $19.82 per hour. This position will require Entry Level Training or equivalent, a valid drivers license & a copy of a drivers abstract. You must be located in Penticton or surrounding area.
Knowledge, Credentials and Experience
- Understands the job schedules, site logistics, and planning
- Understanding of blueprint for layout and coordination with other trades
- Has a strong knowledge of circuitry, electrical theory, and Canadian electrical code
- Strong trouble shooting and critical thinking skills
- Has knowledge in and is able to perform all related service, distribution, fire-alarm, electrical rough in and finishing tasks
- Capable of doing quality control on their own and others work
