We are looking for an individual that will work with our account managers, graphic designers, developers and support team to manage clients through the journey of setting up their online solutions. We are looking for people that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple clients/projects at one time.

The Software Implementation Specialist takes responsibility for the following key functions:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, update, and maintain content management systems
  • Manage the various aspects of the software implementation process including communication with clients and business partners
  • Create Microsoft Word documents using Mail Merge
  • You must be able to work as part of a creative team while managing your own tasks with minimal supervision/management
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Work with tight deadlines on multiple projects at once
  • Report progress and provide project updates using our project management tools
  • Attend project meetings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience with Microsoft Word Mail Merge
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
  • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong project management skills; ability to coordinate, communicate and adhere to detailed production schedules
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Requires ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent creative thinking and visual skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
