Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries with enthusiasm, providing detailed product information and guiding customers through their purchasing options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate schedules by collaborating with service teams, ensuring timely delivery of products in line with demand planning forecasts.
- Utilize CRM systems such as ACT!, or similar platforms to update order statuses, process requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Support demand planning activities by analyzing sales trends and providing insights to optimize inventory levels.
- Schedule appointments, deliveries, and service calls efficiently while balancing priorities across multiple departments.
- Assist in supply chain coordination by monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Managing social media postings
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including applications like CRM software, MS365, and order processing
