Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Water Well Driller with a valid Class 3 license to join our team in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water well drilling, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain water well drilling equipment
- Perform drilling operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct site assessments and ensure proper equipment setup
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of water well drilling experience
- Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Knowledge of well construction, site preparation, and drill rig operation
- Commitment to safety and environmental protection
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in First Aid and H2S considered an asset
