We are renovating a motel and apartments located at 4582 Highway E, Longbow Lake, ON, just 10 mins east of Kenora.
We are seeking to add another carpenter/painter to our team to assist our Foreman in complete the renovations.
This position will be at least 4 months in length and could go longer.
Pay starts at $30.00/hour and is paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.
Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8 hours per day or Tues to Fri, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Duties includes:
- Repairing, patching, painting drywall.
- Exterior painting of stucco, window frames, doors, etc.
- Assisting with install of bathroom components.
- Assisting with install of carpet tile and vinyl plank flooring.
- Unpacking and assembly of new furniture, beds, etc.
- Hanging of pictures and other fixtures.
