Responsibilities
- Develop reliable and relevant tests that will allow us to access the quality of tested products to guide users in their buying decisions
- Create and develop tests for new product categories
- Ensure that each test developed includes a methodology that is easily reproducible by testers and that allows a clear presentation and easily understandable for users
- Update tests based on new product features to ensure users will have the most up to date and relevant information to guide their buying decisions
- Research products and their functionalities to develop valid and reliable tests
- Handle the latest products on the market to understand how they work and learn about the latest industry trends
- Validate the identified hypotheses through products testing
- Stay up to date on our reviewed products and on the latest industry trends
- Work in a collaboration with other departments to identify and target important and sought-after products information by users
- Provide support to testing teams throughout the testing process
- Technically support the writing teams so that the published content reflects the test results
- Act as a product expert to answer discussions, questions, and concerns from users through the site forum and emails
- Provide expert support for updates
- Participate in the integration and skills development in the department
- Other duties as assigned

Qualification/Experience
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in audio products related categories (headphones, sound bars, speakers etc.)
- Degree in audio related program (music technology, sound recording, audio engineering, DSP engineering, etc.) or a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent background/experiences
- 3-5 years of working experience in an audio related field is an asset
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
