Suzanne’s is opening a brand-new location at Morgan Crossing, and we are looking for a retail and leadership superstar to join us as Store Manager!
Are you approachable, upbeat and engaging? Are you a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in your team? If you are passionate about fashion, sales and creating exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to lead a new store for a Canadian company that has been inspiring and styling women for over 60 years.
We are seeking a passionate and driven leader with two to four years of retail management experience. The successful candidate will play an important role in launching our Morgan Crossing location, building and training a brand-new team, and introducing Suzanne’s personalized approach to customer service within the local community.
About Your Role
We have deep-rooted clientele between the ages of 35 - 60+ who have supported Suzanne’s for years and appreciate personalized, one-on-one attention. Working closely with the District Manager, you will lead the opening and ongoing success of our new Morgan Crossing store. You will recruit, onboard, train and coach a team of 'Wardrobe Specialists' using Suzanne’s customer service training, operational standards and company policies.
As this is a brand-new location, you will also focus on building our local customer base through community connections, exceptional service and memorable shopping experiences that encourage customers to return. You will help introduce the Suzanne’s brand to new customers while delivering the personalized, one-on-one styling experience our loyal clientele has appreciated for generations.
Our Store Managers are at the centre of all store activities. They lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, highlighting current promotions, and actively participating in the essential duties required for the successful day-to-day operation of the store, including:

- Keep your team informed and confident by clearly communicating company initiatives, promotions, procedures and operational updates.
- Ensure every customer receives Suzanne’s signature personalized service and a warm, welcoming shopping experience.
- Foster meaningful customer connections that build loyalty, encourage repeat visits and help grow the store’s customer base.
- Prepare regular performance updates for your District Manager, highlighting results, successes, opportunities and action plans.
- Support the successful flow and presentation of new merchandise by collaborating with Head Office and preparing the team for upcoming deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with your District Manager and Head Office to support customers, store operations and employee relations.
