Position Overview: As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success. You'll oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from sales & marketing to Rooms and Food & Beverage, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay. This role is perfect for a proactive, innovative leader ready to make a significant impact.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. Foster relationships with key clients and partners to boost sales.
- Rooms Division: Ensure the highest standards of room quality, cleanliness, and guest services. Manage front office operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Food & Beverage: Oversee all dining operations, from fine dining restaurants to event catering, ensuring outstanding culinary experiences and efficient service.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs to achieve profitability.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Guest Relations: Maintain strong guest relations, handling feedback and complaints to ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Hilton, all health safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of operation.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HIlton brand and/Or Full Service hotel brand is a asset.
- Track record of successfully increasing sales, reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and managing staff effectively
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership, and team management skills including communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to drive business success.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in hospitality management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
