What You'll Be Doing
- Craft our sandwiches, breakfast items, and café favourites with consistency and attention to detail.
- Help prep fresh ingredients each day, including washing and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and spreads, slicing meats and cheeses, and organizing ingredients for service.
- Brew coffee, make specialty drinks, and keep quality consistent with every order.
- Welcome every guest with a smile and provide genuine, friendly service that keeps people coming back.
- Operate our POS system accurately while handling cash and card transactions.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Restock fridges, displays, and prep stations so the team is always ready for the rush.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Work together with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Jump in wherever needed—we're a small team, and everyone helps everyone.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system (experience is a bonus, but we'll teach you).
- Previous café, restaurant, or kitchen experience is great—but not required. We value the right attitude more than experience.
