We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Concrete Finisher will play a crucial role in the construction process, contributing to the durability and aesthetics of concrete structures.
Duties
- Prepare and set up concrete forms for various projects, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
- Use power tools and hand tools to finish surfaces, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing.
- Restore damaged concrete surfaces through repair techniques.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and welders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Skills
- Proficient in concrete forming techniques and flooring installation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
- Experience with caulking and sealing applications for concrete surfaces.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
- Skilled in building structures that require precise measurements and finishes.
- Previous experience in restoration projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$39.48 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
