Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a Yonge professional and personable Russian Waitress/Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure accurate food and beverage delivery, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Fluency in Russian is mandatory and experience in food service is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Square POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest inquiries confidently
Qualifications
- Speaks Russian Language fluently, Age requirement for age 20 - 30 (Ladies Only)
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment, with a focus on guest services and serving
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English Required for effective guest interaction
- Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and cash handling tasks
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not required
- A friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
