310T - Licensed Mechanic (Permanent Full Time)
Selleck Truck & Trailer Repair / Ok Tire Brockville is looking for permanent full time 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our growing team. The applicant must be punctual, self-motivated and have the ability to work well as part of a team. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are required to succeed in this position. With our other two businesses on site (Selleck Mechanical and Selleck Construction), there is plenty of opportunity for growth, learning, and collaboration.
We are located just outside Brockville, Ontario 1km north of highway 401 at the Maitland off ramp.
Regular Work Tasks Include:
- General repair and maintenance of trucks, trailers, tanker trucks/ trailers and RV's
- MTO Safeties
- B620 Tanker Testing/Inspections (requires training if new to industry)
- Engine and Computer Diagnostics and E-Tests
- Suspension and Alignment Work
- Daytime/Afterhours Calls
- Services on all makes, models and vehicles sizes
- Working with and taking direction from service and parts advisor to complete daily tasks

Facility Attributes Include:
- 80' by 120' Truck Shop with two full length pits to work from with motorized pit jacks
- 80' by 80' attached fully functional welding, and custom fabrication shop attached

- Brand New Building currently being built attached to current buildings which is an
additional 80' by 90' to facilitate our growing business
- State of the Art equipment such as Welders, U-Bolt Benders and Spring Tables, Hunter
Alignment Machine, Hunter Fully Automatic Tire Changer, Hunter Automatic Commercial
Truck/Trailer Tire Changer, Snap-On Scanners and much more
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
