Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for current and potential clients and will play a key role in introducing our services to homeowners across Ottawa. This is an exciting opportunity to be a core member of our team for our growth plans in a company that values and rewards hard work, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner and demonstrate Green Unlimited's core values in every communication.
- Sales Outreach: Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email and text.
- Lead Generation: Assist with identifying and qualifying leads through research and client referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the full range of lawn care services we offer and effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience required, though experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Flexible work schedule (weekends as needed).
- Fluency in English (French an asset)
