Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, carpentry, and manufacturing, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role offers an opportunity to work on custom cabinetry projects, restoration, and installation, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship in a professional environment.
Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure precise fabrication of cabinets and related woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, or sealing to achieve desired aesthetic and durability standards.
- Assist with restoration projects involving cabinetry or woodwork repairs.
- Measure spaces accurately for installation and ensure proper fit and alignment of cabinets.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related construction trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
