Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase maintenance plan enrollments across B2C and light commercial accounts.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and optimize the performance and daily workflows of the inside sales and retention team.
- Data Analysis: Monitor CRM database metrics, client churn rates, and seasonal booking cycles to refine retention strategies.
- Operational Collaboration: Partner with the Service and Dispatch managers to align sales volume with field capacity for seamless execution.
What We Look For
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Sales Management, Business Development, or Account Management (Home services or subscription-based experience is highly valued).
- Leadership: A track record of driving performance metrics and building an accountable, professional inside sales or retention team.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency with modern CRM systems and Microsoft Excel to track trends and generate reports.
