Ontario Insurance Network is currently recruiting a personal lines insurance broker for our Lakefield location. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Respond to incoming calls and servicing client needs
Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes
Offer insurance advise to clients, process changes and enter changes into BMS and company portals
Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims
Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts.
The candidate MUST be RIBO licensed with a minimum of 3 years experience.
