Blackburn Brew House is looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic servers to join our team. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
· Promote and execute hospitality services that regularly exceeds expectations
· Uphold a high level of customer service in all aspects of the resident’s experience
· Provide knowledge on all Blackburn products
· Consult with chef regularly for food and service improvements
· Accommodate residents who may have health related restrictions
· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality
· Ensure tables are ready for residents and guests to arrive
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years dining experience in the hospitality industry;
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Smart Serve certified
