FAMILIAR WITH ASPECTS OF FORD OF CANADA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TOOLS. ABILITY TO TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND GAIN A MUTUAL TRUST RELATIONSHIP
