We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.
As a Server Assistant, you will:

Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
