Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oilfield Rental Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Rental dispatching and problem solving, transportation management systems, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule rentals, ensuring timely delivery
- Communicate with service tech's and provide written dispatch for efficient transportation
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and update information
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and using software such as SyteLine, AS400, or similar systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with drivers and team members
- Knowledge of freight operations and logistics processes
- Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions
- Prior experience in a rental dispatching role is preferred. Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
