Primary care Nurse Practitioner 0.8 FTE
JOB description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, the nurse practitioner will provide patients with full-scope primary care.
Required:
- Registered with the of College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner (RNEC) - in good standing and without practice restrictions
- MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in a primary care setting ( FHT , CHC, NPLC)
- A current “Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening Program – Police Reference Check”, as a condition of employment
JOB details:
· 0.8 FTE ( 32 hours per week daily 60-minute lunch period)
· 4 days per week
· Annual Salaryfor 0.8 FTE ( $ 100, 535.88 ) - less all applicable source deductions)
· IN OFFICE at 85 The East Mall , Toronto ON M8Z 5W4
·Anticipated start date Tuesday August 11/ 2026.
