Technica Pest Solutions is a growing professional pest control company serving residential and commercial clients across Alberta. We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our field team as Pest Control Technicians.
No license or prior pest control experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support.
The Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be working in the field completing pest control services at customer properties. You’ll be trained to inspect, treat, and prevent pest issues while delivering professional service and clear communication to clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and learning a skilled trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections and identify pest activity
- Apply treatments safely and according to training
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and next steps
- Complete service reports and job documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Represent Technica Pest Solutions professionally at all times

- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of field work (walking, lifting, ladders, confined spaces)
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
No pest control license or experience required — we will train.
