We are a fast-growing management and contracting firm specializing in premium commercial and residential projects across the GTA. We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and versatile Office Administrator & Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Markham.
This is a unique, high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between daily corporate operations and strategic client relations. You will work closely with the executive team, acting as a key translator and business partner in high-level client meetings and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations & Translation: Accompany the executive/owner to client meetings, site visits, and business negotiations; provide fluent, professional, and culturally nuanced interpretation (English/Mandarin).
- Business Development Support: Assist in preparing professional project proposals, quotations, and contract reviews; maintain active communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, handle correspondence, organizing digital files, and maintain the CRM/project management database.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, screening calls, and scheduling consultations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is strictly required. Ability to translate complex business terms accurately under pressure.
- Experience: Experience in administrative support, customer success, or account management is preferred. (Experience in real estate, design, or construction industry is a strong asset).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com). Strong organization skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G class) and regular access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local travel to client meetings.
- Personality: Outgoing, professional demeanour, high emotional intelligence, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
