We are hiring Framing Labourers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a at LEAST 1 years background in wood FRAMING includingproficiency in framing and other related construction tasks. We specialize in custom homes and require framers who demonstrate proficiency in various techniques and tools. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in building structures that meet specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Construct and install wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening of all framing components.
- Restore or repair existing structures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in framing or related construction fields.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction as it relates to FRAMING.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation IS required for job.
