Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain schedules
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Daily chores to maintain a clean work environment
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and efficiently
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be fluent in English
