We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our vape retail store in Lake Country. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, well-spoken, and comfortable working in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Ensure strict compliance with age-verification and store policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older (BC regulatory requirement)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
