We are a small Boutique Hotel with 12 rooms downtown Toronto.

The duties of Front desk include, but are not limited to the following;
- Handles incoming calls for room reservations
- Handles guest check ins/check outs
- Create invoices
- Responds quickly to guest requests/concerns in a friendly and professional manner at all times, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Understands and follows property standards.
- Must be available to work evening shifts starting at 4pm, inclusive of holidays & weekends
- Main shifts are on Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.
- Must have ability to handle stressful environment
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Preference given to candidates enrolled in or graduate of a post secondary hospitality/hotel management program.
- Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Must help with housekeeping and cleaning duties once in a while
- Help out in the restaurants during busy times
- 14-20 hours a week
