We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where professionalism, reliability, and excellent service are valued. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our company.
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Prepare homes for clients by organizing spaces and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness expectations
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages
- Uphold safety standards and use cleaning equipment responsibly
Skills
- Basic English but we can work with language barriers as well
- Strong cleaning skills with experience helpful but not necessary
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
