- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including typing documents and updating records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Support medical or dental office operations by handling patient records and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
