Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food Service Attendant to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Prepare and handle food items following proper safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, and service stations
- Manage food and beverage stations, including refilling supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist with setup and cleanup during shifts, including dishwashing and waste disposal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy periods
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
