## Overview
We're seeking a dynamic licensed Realtor to work with both landlords & tenants. This isn't a "team" position. It's an opportunity to grow your knowledge of business and areas in which you're already working. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for listing residential leases and working with the landlord to find & secure a great tenant. You'll also be working with tenants to help find & negotiate a lease for them too.
You'll be working mainly in Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, and Hamilton.

## Duties
- Work with residential landlords to list, market, and negotiate leases
- Work with residential tenants to find, show, and negotiate leases
- Provide guidance and assistance to these clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Communicate with, and maintain strong relationships with, clients to ensure their needs & goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and lease rates
- Prepare and complete real estate documents
- Negotiate contracts and terms of leases

- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience with showing software (BrokerBay, etc.)
- Customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Data entry proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - in person and by phone, text, and email
## Qualifications
- Valid RECO license
- Reliable vehicle and cell phone
