Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and window cleaning
- Inspect vehicles for damage or imperfections and communicate findings to the management team
- Apply protective treatments such as sealants or coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and readily accessible
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with additional tasks such as inventory management of supplies or preparing vehicles for delivery or pickup
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is valued
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
