About The Opportunity
We are a growing private healthcare clinic focused on delivering evidence-based treatments and exceptional patient experiences within a specialized outpatient setting.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
This role combines clinical assessment, treatment delivery, patient education, care coordination, and relationship development. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting patient outcomes while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the clinic.
What You Will Do
Clinical Care
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health histories.
- Deliver prescribed treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, expectations, and wellness goals.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention, privacy, and patient safety.
- Identify concerns requiring escalation and communicate appropriately with the clinical team.
Patient Experience
- Create a professional, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.
- Build rapport and trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Support patients through potentially sensitive health concerns with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure patients feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their care journey.
Practice Operations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and treatment continuity.
- Assist with clinic workflow and operational efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities.
Community & Relationship Development
- Represent the clinic professionally within the local healthcare community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
- Support patient education initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Contribute ideas that enhance patient care and clinic growth.

You are comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment, and taking ownership of patient outcomes while maintaining professional boundaries and standards.
You understand that trust, discretion, and professionalism are essential when caring for individuals seeking help with personal health concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RN or RPN).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
Preferred
- Experience in private healthcare, specialty clinics, family practice, wellness, preventative health, or outpatient care.
- Experience working with adult patient populations.
- Background in patient consultations, treatment delivery, or health coaching.
- Business development, relationship-building, or community outreach experience.

Pay: $72,800.00-$102,000.00 per year
