Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests - Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus - Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial - Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience.
