Located just 5 minutes from Edmonton International Airport, the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites is a full-service hotel in downtown Leduc featuring 95 guest rooms, O’Brian’s Restaurant, Jonathan’s Lounge, and over 5,000 sq. ft. of banquet and meeting space.
We are seeking an energetic, professional Front Desk Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent guest service and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Position Details
- Status: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Post-training schedule: Typically 3 evening shifts & 2 night audit shifts
Shift Availability Required:
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Night Audit)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests; process check-ins and check-outs
- Take, change, and cancel reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments, balance cash, and complete reports
- Communicate room status and operational updates between shifts
- Learn and perform Night Audit procedures
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
- Assist with take-out and online orders for hotel outlets
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Hospitality education is an asset
- 1 year of hotel experience preferred (training provided)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with hotel systems (Jonas Chorum, Toast an asset)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
