We're looking for an experienced math tutor to work with a Grade 10 student over this summer.
Details:
- Format: Online (Zoom or similar)
- Frequency: 3+ sessions per week, ~2 hour each (exact schedule flexible/negotiable)
- Duration: July 2026 – September 2026, with potential to continue
- Rate: $35–50/hour depending on experience
- Start date: July 6th, 2026
What we're looking for:
- Experience teaching or tutoring within the IB MYP curriculum specifically — comfortable working with IB's four assessment criteria.
- Able to diagnose a student's learning progress and outcome rather than just assigning more practice problems.
- Strong math background through at least IB DP level.
- Patient, encouraging teaching style — comfortable building consistency and confidence, not just drilling for grades
- Reliable availability for 3 sessions weekly over the summer
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
