The Position
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Residential Sales team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Novus within the buildings and communities we serve—building strong relationships, generating new sales opportunities, supporting customer retention, and creating memorable customer experiences. As a key representative of the Novus brand, you’ll help drive residential customer growth by increasing building penetration, strengthening relationships within the communities we serve, and delivering an experience that reflects our values in every interaction.
Compensation: $38,000 base salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities
· Promote and sell Novus Internet, TV and Phone services to new and existing customers
· Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads through phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
· Support customer retention initiatives and identify upselling opportunities for existing customers
· Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, building managers, concierges, property managers, and strata representatives
· Organize and host in-building sales events, pre-launch events, and community engagement activities within your assigned territory
· Increase awareness of the Novus brand through relationship-building, referral programs, and local marketing initiatives
· Manage and grow penetration within assigned buildings and territories through strategic outreach and customer engagement
· Represent Novus at sponsored marketing and community events throughout the year
· Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and sales activity within internal systems
· Contribute ideas and innovative sales strategies to support continuous improvement and territory growth
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and department
Qualifications and Skills
· 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a call centre environment
· Strong communication (written and verbal), relationship-building, and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
· Valid BC Driver’s License required
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is considered an asset
· Product knowledge or telecommunications industry experience is considered an asset
· Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
