Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Technical Dispatcher to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for field technicians and customers, managing the service queue, optimizing schedules, and ensuring work loads are balanced.
Duties
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule field technicians to respond to service calls based on availability, location, and skillset.
- Technical Communication: Receive, troubleshoot, and process technical service requests, using communication tools to relay information to technicians.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the real-time status of technicians to optimize routes, maximize efficiency, and reduce travel time.
- Customer Support: Maintain constant communication with customers to provide arrival times and service updates.
- Data Management: Log detailed call information, update customer web portals, and maintain accurate records in our company software.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical problems, and customer complaints.
- Calls:: Ability to use provide cell phone to monitor calls and provide logitistics with oncall tech
Requirements
- Ability to enter data into ticketing system
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficient in typing and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Analytical skills to assess data and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in dispatch is preferred but not required. This position is integral to maintaining smooth operations within our organization and offers a challenging yet rewarding career path for those passionate about logistics management.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
