Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled or new Installer to join our team, responsible for executing a variety of installation and restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction and be proficient in using hand tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Perform installation tasks including countertop installation, tile laying, and carpentry work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Execute restoration projects with precision, including silicone caulking, construction painting.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for installation tasks.
- Strong skills in countertop, carpentry installation and restoration techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
