As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll interact with customers in person to discuss Internet, TV, and Home Phone services. You’ll learn about each customer’s connectivity needs, explain available options clearly, and help them identify solutions that fit their everyday routines.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Welcome customers in person with a friendly and professional approach.
- Engage with customers in a retail environment and learn about their connectivity needs.
- Recommend Internet, TV, and Home Phone solutions based on each customer’s preferences.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and available service options.
- Present bundled connectivity solutions and explain how different services can work together.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services or upgrades that may better fit their needs.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information throughout the sales experience.
- Create a welcoming and professional retail experience for every customer.
- Stay informed through ongoing product updates and product familiarization.
- Share best practices with teammates and contribute to a collaborative retail environment.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Interest in retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable starting conversations and interacting with customers in person.
- Confident discussing products and services with customers.
- Organized and attentive to customer needs.
- Comfortable handling questions, objections, and missed sales opportunities.
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop strong communication and sales skills.
