Job Summary
Strive Living Society is currently seeking an experienced Specialized Foster Caregiver in Kelowna or West Kelowna, BC to provide a safe and stable home for a youth. This is a contracted opportunity for an individual or family with relevant experience supporting children and youth with complex needs.
To be considered, applicants must:
- Live in Kelowna or West Kelowna, BC.
- Have a separate basement suite or self-contained living space within their home for the youth.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Have experience working with children or youth.
- Be willing to complete all MCFD requirements, including a SAFE Home Study Assessment, criminal record checks, references, medical clearances, and required training.
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position.
