Field Manager – Door-to-Door Sales

About the role
We are a fast-growing telecom sales organization looking for an experienced and driven Field Manager to join us, along with your own team of 5 door-to-door sales representatives. You will be the engine that keeps the team running, from morning rallies to field oversight to end-of-day performance reviews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and already has a proven crew ready to go.
Candidates must bring a team of 5 sales reps with them. Solo applicants will not be considered for this position.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team of 5 door-to-door sales reps
- Organize and lead daily team gatherings and morning briefings
- Transport and accompany the team to assigned field territories
- Work side-by-side with reps in the field to support and coach in real time
- Monitor and track individual and team performance metrics daily
- Run day-to-day office operations and maintain accurate team records
- Submit territory requests and coordinate canvassing schedules
- Report team results and insights to senior management
What we're looking for
- Must come with an existing team of 5 door-to-door sales reps
- 1–3 years of experience in door-to-door or direct sales
- Proven track record leading and managing a field sales team
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Saturday. Field hours vary by territory. Must be available for early morning team gatherings before heading to the field.
Pay: $45,735.72-$113,956.49 per year
