Brodies Property Services (BPS) has been providing lawn care and pest control services throughout Southwestern Ontario. At BPS , we believe that providing our team members a career path with growth and earning potential is essential to our success as an organization.
We are looking for self motivated people to help us grow to the next level.
We provide several property services: Lawn care and maintenance, Pest control, Wildlife removal and Holiday lighting. The successful team member will have the opportunity to be trained in all of our services and be licensed by the company.
Pest Control
- Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity. Select and a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence.
- Perform pest treatments and install/apply products to create a pest-free environment
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
Lawn Care and Maintenance:
- Apply fertilizer, weed control and other lawn care products to turf areas. Perform lawn analysis and make recommendations.
- Maintenance crews will perform weekly cutting, trimming, clean-ups and other property related maintenance.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns.
Wildlife Removal:
- Removal of small animals such as squirrels, raccoons, possums, etc.; Animal relocations with live traps and the installation of one way doors and permanent exclusion techniques.
Holiday Lighting:
- Installation and take down of seasonal Holiday lights and residential and commercial properties.
Position Requirements
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
- Possess a valid G driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Desire to build a career not just a job
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or relative industry experience
- Preference given to applicants that have a landscape or structural exterminator license.
- Customer service and problem solving experience preferred
