The Opportunity
The Ottawa Senators are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Coordinator, Enterprise Revenue.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and gain hands-on experience across multiple revenue-generating areas of a professional sports organization. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting strategic initiatives that drive enterprise revenue growth while collaborating with leaders across Corporate Partnerships, Premium Sales, Ticket Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other key business units.
More than a traditional coordinator position, this role is designed to provide broad exposure to the business of a National Hockey League franchise and offers a strong foundation for individuals looking to build a career in professional sports.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding administrative and operational support to enterprise revenue initiatives and VP Corporate Sales
- Assist with the development of sales presentations, proposals, business cases, and executive-level reports
- Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships, Premium Sales, Ticket Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on cross-functional projects
- Support partnership activation planning, inventory management, and revenue-generating initiatives
- Coordinate contract tracking and partner documentation within Salesforce
- Manage VP Sales inboxes, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, coordinate resources, and support departmental initiatives
- Assist with research, market analysis, and special projects to support business growth
- Support NHL requirements relating to virtual signage inventory and league reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships
Qualifications (what we look for)
- University or College Marketing graduate, or related field
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in an administrative role
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, results oriented
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient in full Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual (French & English) is considered an asset

Active social committee, which hosts multiple large-scale events throughout the year.
This role falls within a base salary range of $42,400 to $65,000 annually, consistent with the organization’s established salary ranges. Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
