Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute interior trim projects.
- Install various interior elements such as baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, window trims, and cabinetry with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, assemble, and secure wood and other materials.
- Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with new installations.
- Measure spaces accurately and perform layout work to ensure proper fit and finish of all trim components.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on interior trim installation; construction experience is highly valued.
- Skilled in working with hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent woodworking skills combined with experience in finishing touches that elevate interior spaces.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces safely.
- Handyman experience or background in restoration projects is a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
