Title: Registered Massage Therapist (Part time position available)
ALTA Spine & Sports Therapy is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative team and take over an established patient caseload following the relocation of one of our valued massage therapists to a different province.
ALTA is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our talented, multidisciplinary team of evidence based chiropractors and physiotherapists. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and motivated practitioner who is hoping to build their practice and thrive in a friendly, welcoming and inter-referral based environment. ALTA Spine & Sports Therapy is a brand new modern, multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Waterdown. We are a team of allied healthcare professionals looking to provide the Waterdown community with supportive/wellness based care that prioritizes a thorough assessment, pain relief, optimal performance care and long lasting results. Our mission is to provide patient-centered care to our patients and help them continue to do the things they love and value most. We utilize a multimodal care approach including patient education, hands on/manual techniques, pain relief modalities and exercise prescription. We strive to establish a warm and welcoming environment with an emphasis on wellness, patient empowerment, teamwork and providing exceptional care to each and every one of our patients.
Our clinic is centrally located in a very busy, high traffic area. It is located in a plaza with easy access that has unlimited free parking space. Our new clinic is beautifully renovated with modern and state of the art equipment. We will have administrative staff on site and an EMR system with online booking included.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Personal Liability Insurance
- Must be registered and in good standing with governing college (CMTO)
- Ability to work independently (independent contractor)
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Committed and dedicated to providing patients with exceptional care and service
- Reliable, dependable, team player who is committed to ongoing education and improving clinical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, welcoming and likes to have fun
