Kilcoo Camp is hiring an experienced worker to join our Maintenance & Facilities team for the summer season.
The role assists our permanent team with the day-to-day maintaining of the camp's grounds, including:
- Conduct or assist with repairs to the camp's equipment and buildings
- Perform general aesthetic upkeep which can include painting, basic carpentry, or landscape work (mowing, weeding, etc.)
- Handle pest control issues by spraying insecticide or calling and coordinating with the appropriate professionals
- Cleaning bathroom and shower facilities
- Collecting and transporting garbage to the camp dump
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
The hours of the job are 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week (includes some weekends). Full work schedule to be finalized with our Property Manager. Lunch is provided at camp daily.
Candidates for this role must be able to comfortable and safely life up to 50lbs, spend time on your feet and moving consistently, and have a valid G drivers license with a clean driving record. Please note, this is not an on-site position, and you will be expected to travel to and from camp each day.
