Overview
We are seeking an experianced sales person with at least 4 years in lowvoltage or security sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments is mandatory. This position involves managing a sales pipeline, supporting high-end and retail sales, and leveraging marketing strategies to achieve targets. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to upselling and deal closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
- Engage with potential clients via phone, in-person meetings, and other channels to promote products and services
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support B2B sales initiatives by building strong relationships with dealership partners and corporate clients
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational tools
- Assist in sales management tasks such as forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or B2B deals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for effective outreach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Experience supporting sales management activities such as reporting or pipeline analysis is a plus
