Customer Service Representative
Tristar Coatings is a fast growing, high quality specialty coatings manufacturer located in North Brampton. Operating since 1971, our company is focused on providing the highest quality customer experience. We are looking to add a CSR who embodies this spirit to our growing team.
Responsibilities of Position
- Receive and process customer orders
- Manage a large number of phone calls
- Help build sustainable relationships with each client through trust and a thorough understanding of their needs
- Resolve customer complaints proactively
- Assist in production scheduling
- Provide assistance to our sales team as required
- Proactive contact with customers
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
- 3 – 5 years in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry – Coatings experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Prioritizes and multi-tasks with ease
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to deal will different personalities with ease
- Works well under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite – able to learn new software with ease
- The ability to read, write and speak English

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
